The gymnastic training springboard is a versatile device used in gymnastics halls and sports clubs.

It is used to strengthen leg muscles, practice long jumps, box jumps, and vault jumps, supporting the development of strength, coordination, and jumping technique.

Durable construction

The gymnastic springboard is made of profiled hardwood plywood, ensuring its flexibility and durability. Its surface is covered with a carpet and additionally equipped with a shock absorber that reduces shocks and vibrations, increasing flexibility. Thanks to the technology used, it significantly improves bounce comfort.

The springboard measures 120 x 60 cm, with a face height of 15 cm.

Durability guaranteed

The springboard is made of specially profiled hardwood plywood (birch or beech). The top plate is covered with a durable carpet-like covering, and the ends of the bottom plates are protected with anti-slip styrogum. A white stripe is marked on the top surface, indicating the point of most effective kickback.
